Sorry for the slow response. Various things have kept me from getting around to starting up OOTP11 until yesterday. That said, I haven't been able to reproduce this in my own install. My initial thought would be to verify that you've got all the SQL files from OOTP11 loaded and that you don't have an old OOTPX one in there. Otherwise, I'd be happy to look more closely if you PM me with commish access.

As for an "official" OOTP11 version of StatsLab... I have some things I'm working on in that regard, but I don't expect it to be completed quickly as I'd like to rework some of the underlying structure.
