Could I get a further explanation of this one:
- Added the option to disable recalculation of player potential ratings in historical leagues, resulting in improved AI for career leagues using ratings recalc.

From our discussions on this, doesn't this really mean:
A player's potential is calculated based on the remaining years of their career and not just the recalc period, correct?
Also, as the years progress the potential ratings are recalculated based on the remainging years of their career. not the recalc period.

The original problem wasn't that they get recalculated, but that they were based on the recalc period and not the remaining career years.
