Reconstructing a game from data in the SQL dump

Is this possible? I've been looking over the games, games_score, and players_at_bat_batting_stats tables in Access and trying to figure out how, but there are crucial data elements missing. For instance, if a batter bats twice in the same inning without an out being recorded between his at bats, there doesn't seem to be a way of telling which at bat came first. Also, I don't see a way of telling when a guy steals a base or is caught stealing or is thrown out trying to advance a base (or anything else not necessarily tied to the outcome of an at bat).

I'm doing this because I want to work with the data in Access to create stats like wOBA, leverage-based stats, and so on. I'd been assuming the data would be in there, but if it is I can't find it.

Any input?
