Yep, those settings will not work. You need to specify innings requirements per team game, not over the course of the season.

So the minimum PA requirement should be something like 3.1, not 400. There are suggested settings in the readme, which are as follows:
Min PA: 3.1
Min IP: 1.0
Min Def. Inn: 5.0
