I love this game so far, there are just a couple of minor issues that are kind of frustrating.

1. Trading is almost impossible. I offered a 1st and a 2nd for Derick Brassard and got told off by Columbus. They should be so lucky to get that for him. And I couldn't get a 1st round pick for Lupol. And it would be nice too if you didn't have to wait 3-4 days to get a response on a trade. Not to mention when I tried to trade away my goalie for a better one I get a message saying "Toronto won't trade this player".

2. The trading block is full of quality guys that teams in real life would never part with. At the same time, trying to get these guys is always a chore. Even with a couple of 1st round picks. It almost seems like picks have no real value. Not to mention, I put Getzlaf on the trading block and all I got for offers were a garbage player and a 5th round pick. Every team offered me that.

3. Free agent day is all over the place. First I had to wait 28 days to see if Ryan Getzlaf would accept my offer. Then after he did I figured the free agent market would be empty, but I still managed to make the following signings:
-Cory Crawford - 6 years at $525,000 a year
-Jimmy Howard - 5 years at $1.4 Million a year
-Ryan Ellis - 2 years at $580,000 a year
-Nathan Horton - 6 years at $1.2 Million a year
-Evengi Malkin - 5 years at $1 Million a year

If these sorts of things can be sorted out, this game will be amazing. I have a bunch of friends that are basically waiting for this to be fixed before they buy it.
