Why can't I edit an existing Nation or add a new one? I noticed Serbia was missing (even though the game has its flag) from the list of nations and tried to add it. BOOT! I got kicked out again. Weird. Now I'll never be able to add Freedonia!

P.S. Seems that if the nation does not already exist in the game (Universe)you import you can't edit it in later.
