Sure, as long as you remember which email address you made the purchase with, you can get it here:

Use the "e-mail order history" button first, that'll give you a list of all your orders with OOTP Developments, and from that you can get the order number to get to the page that lets you look up your receipt with the code in it. Let me know if you have any trouble doing that.
