I have been a member of the tMBU for about 10 seasons and have recently taken over as Commissioner. We have just completed our 2068 season with the
Atlantic City Card Sharks defeating the
Washington Black Bears for the title in 7 games.
We have just upgraded the league to OOTP14 and will resume normal off-season sims Monday, August 19th, so this is the perfect time to join us.
Off-season sims are run M-Fr and in-season sims are run M-W-F both with a 12:01am ET export deadline.
We are a semi-stats only league where current ratings are not visible but potentials and overall 'stars' are. We use scouts and have two High School and one College feeder league that supply all the players for the amateur draft.
On the financial side we have an $85 million salary cap.
We currently have 4 open teams including the team that just lost in the World Series, the
Washington Black Bears. The other open teams are the
Santa Fe Fire, the
Denver Gold(just missed on a Wild Card spot) and the
Montreal Royales.
In the middle of the just completed season we had problems with our web-server. As a result our league website is having to be rebuilt and we have a
bare bones site up to access the
Forums and
Reports.
