Salary cap or none?
What kind of Cash max?
Smaller leagues (12-16 teams) or larger leagues (20-32) teams?
How fast of a sim?
Commish only or a team owning commish?

There are so many online leagues and I have been part of a fair share myself, just curious, what are your preferences?
