Chicago Cubs - 1961-62 College of Coaches
The 5 men who took part in the infamous experiment wherein the Cubs rotated the managers job among various coaches. This was called the Cubs "College of Coaches." Sort of like a guest lecturer coming to your school for a short time and then leaving as the next guest lecturer arrived. At any rate their collective wisdom resulted in Cubs losing 90 games in 1961 and losing 103 games in 1962 and they decided to end the experiment.
For 1961 it was:
Vedie Himsl - Harry Craft - Elvin Tappe - Lou Klein
For 1962 it was:
Elvin Tappe - Lou Klein - Charlie Metro
pictured in order are Himsl, Craft, Tappe, Klein, and Metro
