Is a scout set for Quebec (Pro) scouting the professional leagues? Is the Pro setting for looking at teams the NHL is playing against and scouting the AHL for trading purposes?

I'm asking because I just ran two seasons where my scouts are all scouting on the Amateur setting and I have no information about the players being drafted.
When the beta came out you would get a scouting report for what ever reason they got rid of the reports for now the new patch is going to be sweet you will be able to scout teams and single players with a full report and who the player plays like and who they could be someday for now scouting doesn't matter you can't do anything with it 3 weeks is going by slow I can't wait!!!
