I went over the threshold one year. The next year I could not sign ANY free agents with a bonus of more than 800k. In other words, nobody. And there were some great prospects in there. I will never go over again.

Sorry. Didn't notice it was an old thread. Turned up while I was searching for info and thought it was new.
