The storm logo that is used for the hat can be found in this photobucket folder: S Logos Photos by cephasjames | Photobucket. You could turn it into a pretty slick logo using justafan's pickoff.

And the wordmark is such a basic font that you could probably quite easily do your own jersey and hat using justafan's jersey creator and ballcap creator.
