I would like to second this one. A high percentage of OOTP users play classic eras in which uniforms styles were completely different, including collars, interlacing, different types of buttons, front pockets, string ties and the like:
One of the things I would really like to see is a high neck jersey, where you don't see so much of the undershirt.
