I have two questions one about the international complex and another about the minor leagues.

First off explain to me the international complex a bit please? From what I see these players are not getting any gaming experience however I'm aware most of these players are only 16 so I imagine they shouldn't be going into my minors. Are they going to develop in the complex despite no game experience? When do you decide to promote them?

Second of all although I like OOTP I don't like to micromanage to the extreme that this game allows so I had decided to only allow AAA this time in my league. I have never done this before but I wonder if Im hurting my team and them developing. Basically at the moment anyone that isn't in my roster are all bunched in AAA and Im not sure if its going to hurt their ability since let's say I have 6 SP'ers or 2 3B and one player isn't getting enough playing time. Would you suggest I add AA and A etc again and can I even add them after I started the league without it.
