Draft List by Ability
The previous Panthers regime has some good draft picks, but 2/3rds of these players are never-will-be's and my 3 year goal is to get that number down from 75% to around 50%.
I Pakarinen would have made an excellent signing to start his Panthers career for me, but I now will have to likely wait until next off season to get him.
