If you downloaded the one that says OOTP16 compatible then you have volumes 1-4, which is all that has been released so far.
Where you should put them, which is where add-ons central installs them, is in the "C:\Users\ruthian23\Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 16\logos\nicknames" folder for logos. And "....jerseys\nicknames" for jerseys. And "...caps\nicknames" for caps.
