If the game does not install or run for you, try this:

- Reboot your system
- Disable virus scanners running in the background
- Don't have other programs open in the background
- If you are on the PC, run the game / installer as admin (right-click on icon, select run as admin)
- If you are on a Mac, please make sure you run at least OSX version 10.7 or better.

That should fix the problems.
