Umm, it's for the players Twitter handle, of course
It's not going to affect anything in game for now so far as I know, but it's an extra field for research etc. for the roster team.
Maybe in the future it can be expanded in game and twitter posts etc can become storylines that happen in game. Who knows?
For now though, it's basically nothing that will matter to the majority of OOTP players except that as we get it filled in, you can maybe link to the real players twitter accounts through the OOTP roster set.
