In my test leagues Oscar Charleston is a Willie Mays type with a scooch less power. Josh Gibson is a slugger of Ruthian proportions. Satchel Paige is a top notch pitcher most years but he has his ups and downs as most pitchers do. I just let the stats take players where they will since no one really knows how negro leaguers would have done in the MLB.
