I've got a potential bug regarding All-Star votes.

Andrew Miller received more votes than Cody Allen, yet Allen made the AL All-Star team and Miller did not. Additionally, Jose Ramirez received more votes at third base than Trevor Plouffe, yet Plouffe made the team and Ramirez did not.

I received the "final vote tally email" and the "final All-Star rosters" emails on the same day (which I think is supposed to happen), so I know there wasn't time enough between the "final vote" and the final rosters being announced for Allen or Plouffe to overtake Miller or Ramirez for the top vote-getting spots.

Is there something more to All-Star voting than the tally of fan votes, or could this be a legit bug?
