That won't change, as the game still won't recognize female personnel or players, only the human manager/GM if they're female.
It would be sooo much work to edit all the text in-game to allow the game to properly recognize players and staff as female.

It would be a lot of work, but text wise a lot of it (i/e pretty much anything that wasn't hard coded) could be done by the community. I've got some storyline stuff written to deal with pregnancies somewhere
