I know this is quite a niche request, but in case you missed it I'll repeat it here. I just figured since adding the ability to lock league stats totals to a particular year appeared to be added relatively easily (don't know if it actually was, it just appeared that way), that this could also be a possibility for league strategy settings. If it's more difficult than my computer simpleton brain thinks it should be, feel free to disregard this. It just appeared to be quite easy to add the other one.
