I'm the Commissioner for recently created league - the All-Americas Premier League. We're making as large of a league as we feel is manageable, with our eventual goal being 64 GMs. Some interesting/unique rules for online leagues - Promotion and Relegation*, bonuses for winning the league, and similar bonuses for placing high, and a tournament involving all 4 leagues, starting in our 2nd season. Hamilton Tigers (21-20, 9th place, 1st Tier, 25th/64th in budget)

Mexico City Earthquakes (15-26, 14th Place, 1st Tier, 28th/64th in budget)

Rio De Janiero Rattlers (21-20, 7th Place, 2nd Tier, 30th/6th in budget)

There are also many lower division teams available, if you're interested in a true bottom to top journey, that might be more your thing.
