New to this game. I love it, I was an OOTP player for a few years. I was curious if anyone could let me know a few details.

1. Wondering how many scouts I should have in each area (Im controlling an OHL team)

2. Is it okay to have the same assistant coach be the Offensive and Defensive coach at the same time?

3. whats more important Skill coach or O or D coach?

4. In trades does the AI value overagers a lot less than a younger player ? If im looking to go all in during a coming season is it smart to trade for an Overager early or at the trade deadline
