Roles are set separately from lines and tactics - if no roles have been set, the AI will just use the default (screener) for everybody. If you don't want to set them manually, AI Setup Organization will set the roles for you, but will also make some other roster moves you may want to reverse. We're looking at adding an option that'll set the roles separately (including it in Assistant: Create Lines help isn't possible, since that would force role changes when you just want the lines set.)
