your saved game is a different timeline.
you could import them, once your league is converted to XX. threads on custom import list are around.
you could chop up master.csv and whittle it down... might be easier to start a 2019 league and export draft class to fiddle with -- must include the alphanumeric PlayerID and not just the numeric one, though. i haven't looked over what gets exported from a draft class list before...
but, that'd give you all the new players for the ensuing years - rinse / repeat each draft.
if they are already in the minors.. i guess sort by pro svc years, if that's an option.... then write that report to disk and create a import list from those names etc...
