My first season of my Historical League has ended. Two questions:

1. When will I get a chance to hire new coaches, scouts, etc for next season?

2. I assume I will receive the same "new historical players" as the historical team for the upcoming season. Correct? If so, when will these new players appear? .... Perhaps when the first year player draft begins??
