I have an Allentown jersey with the exact same matching hat but they are the Wings not Dukes. I also have an Alexandria Aces from Txranger. I will keep looking for the Dukes in that colour scheme and post if I can find it in my files.

Edit - I did find this logo but I don't believe it is one of TxRangers. No jersey though

EDIT 2 - If you got the cap out of the minor league pack I assembled there may never have been a jersey to go with it. I might have renamed the Allentown cap created by TxRanger to use as the Alexandria Dukes for 1978-80. I was primarily focused on pre-1970 uniforms so may have neglected to find a jersey for it.
