Actually the devs are aware of that as well. It is something that just needs to be corrected on steams end.

Dev-"The Steam Store is currently displaying a message that FHM6(and OOTP20) isn't compatible with Catalina. That's not true; it'll work fine once you get past that initial warning."

We are working with steam to make sure that our games are listed as compatible with Catalina.
