I have come across this problem but way to fix problem. If a player injured LF and only RF replacment why won't it just change position. Keep trying everything but cannot do anything. No option chance as keeps asking fopr defence replacment. Stuck any chance of help or it a bug.
This happen one game before and just had to crash game to restart game which is pain.
