Looking for General Managers who have a passion for taking things at a much slower pace than our usual OOTP players with an attention to details like:

- Team Chemistry (personnel, players, strategies)
- Drafting 2 to 3 times per year (in-game drafts for now until I am able to fix the OOTPOU - if possible.)
- Following MiLB development in order to have a competitive team (really hard to NOT have once considering that we have a reduced amount of teams in our league).
- Managing the financial aspect of the game, keeping track on upcoming free agents and offering contract extension to current talent.
- Setting up (or not) player game or team strategy as we go (daily, weekl, monthly, or never if you rely on your coaching staff.)

Why only 16-teams? I find that it's much easier having everybody involved from one season to another and our sim pace allows us to be in the playoffs/draft mode every 3 months. We go through 3 seasons per real-life year.

Important Note regarding openings: Once you join, I allow the new GM to pick another MLB team logo. It has to be an official Major League team. I will also rename the affiliates according to the ML team picked up. It doesn't have to be National or American league specific. We are flexible.
