But this is the first year simmed after a purge was conducted. Prior to purge, no crashes.

Thanks, found the problem (looks like your rookie league HR derby failed). If you manually delete the event a day or two it's supposed to trigger, you should be able to continue past that point. We'll fix the bug for release.
