I'm working on a Windows 10 laptop. I'm playing (or trying to play) the 2020 White Sox season. Starting a few days ago, the game will crash while I'm playing. Usually, I hit the swing pitch button and suddenly the field of options (swing pitch, bunt, etc.) goes blank, and not responding shows up on the game window. The game never responds, so I have to close it out. Thus, however many games I played don't get saved and I have to go back to whatever point I started from.

I look at some of these responses and shake my head. I'm not that technically adept, and so the troubleshooting advice is pretty worthless to me. This happens regardless of whether I'm running other programs in the background. The only thing on now, after the most recent crash, is my Google Chrome browser. I will note that a writer for the blog Bleed Cubbie Blue reviewed the game recently, and he appeared to have pretty much the same issue. Something isn't stable about this game, and the more I play it, the more frequent the crashes are. This is really frustrating, as a first time purchaser, and I would like to know of a solution that doesn't involve a whole bunch of technical knowledge. This is very frustrating.
