Last year in OOTP 20 I played a few years of a sim starting in 1871, but it got boring given no free agency or normally structured contracts at all. I tried starting one up in OOTP 21. I just can't find the settings to change what I'm looking for. Is there any way to enable free agency at least in the old historical sims?
