Meantime Coney Island which scored with pack luck in historic packs, still had points in reserve from selling Trout went out on a limb and used some September call ups to get some players into the auction house early to raise some more capital and work on upgrading and providing depth evenly across the roster. In the purge I am disappointed I had to part with Bobby Murcer but he did sell yesterday at profit. It was only a season and 1/2 but he didn't hit and I need another right handed bat in the outfield.
