Was awarded 4 packs for winning a tourney.

Went to open them, but on the first pack there was a time delay, wherein the background screen was visible, but the animation did not continue to the pack-ripping sequence. For about 30 secs it just sat there, and then an error message popped-up stating something about not being connected to the internet.

Sent me back to my team screen, with 4 packs still visible. Went to open again, and was able to open the first pack, but at the end of the sequence, the packs remaining indicator in the lower right stated there were only 2 packs remaining.

I opened the other 2 packs, but when I went to my roster, there were not any additional cards beyond those in the 3 packs that I saw, nor is there an unopened pack remaining.

Seems I was shorted a pack.
