Strange at work observation #3211. The Philadelphia Phillies are using John Rocker as a starting pitcher and it's not in anyway due to a lack of available starting pitching on their reserve roster. Usually when I see OOTP do this type of thing, I learn, oh said pitcher did start a few games that season. Not the case with Rocker. He never started a game.
