Just found this website called SPEECHELO. They claim that the voices have inflections that make them sound human.

"automated AI engine, to generate human-like voiceovers"

it's also not just English but many languages. Sounds pretty good actually, but I haven't ordered it yet. Also I'm not exactly sure how to integrate it with OOTP.

Has anyone tried it? how would you integrate it with the game so it can announce instead of having to read the play-by-play?
