I closed this thread because it was just getting too confusing to track and reply to each issue here.
If you have an unresolved issue, would you start a new thread for your specific issue in the main bug reports forum and post any logs etc you put here there.
We should be able to get back to you more quickly and easily doing it that way. Thanks!
