When playing historical league with full minor leagues, using the minor league database, "Automatically Import Historical Rookies" on, and "Basing Ratings" on Neutralized Stats, the pitchers in the MLB Draft Pool have dramatically reduced stamina. Normally a draft pool has over 100 starting pitchers to fill out the majors and minors over time. These pools had anywhere from 2 to 17 depending on some other settings.

Our solution was to change the ratings to base off Real stats. So the bug we'd like to report is there's something going wrong with Neutralized stats in the minor league database. Possibly the majors too but I'm not sure.

EDIT: I added to file called "Historical 1982 Padres.zip" to your FTP site for further research if needed.
