Improvements to Moderation Systems
Morning folks!
We have made a few improvements to our moderation systems with respect to Terms Of Service violations that we would like to share with the community
1 - Previously, when a team violated TOS and was given a warning, this warning was sent to the registered e-mail address for the account. This will still happen but now, users will receive an in-game pop-up that their team has committed a TOS violation ensuring that the user is made aware on their next login of the issue and can make the necessary corrections to their team.
2 - We have added the ability to disable/block a team receiving in-game achievements. Teams that are found to be tanking will still be given a warning as before, but we also now have the ability to stop that team from completing in-game achievements and receiving the associated Perfect Points for a failure to play the game the way it was intended
We will continue to monitor and improve our moderation practices over time to ensure we continue to have the best, most engaging and most balanced universe possible. Thanks.
