No, they are much harder--you are simply used to soccer rules. And we have grown up with baseball rules.
Italian 'co-ownership' rules with all the associated club options make the Rule 5 draft seem like shopping for detergent in Target. There are other equally bizarre roster requirements as has been mentioned.
