Yes, that would be much more fun. In addition, the prices in the Auction House is so outrageous because of the FACE OF THE FRANCHISE cards. The market gets flooded with them and the price on everything else drops dramatically. For example, I tired to sell Robinson Cano, which I had previously purchased for around 30K PP, now it was averaging around 18K.
I'm planning on rebuilding my Dragons team. I've done the same thing with my Quakes team and decided to make that a themed team of only Dodgers. I'm trying to get more of the Brooklyn Robins, Superbas, and dodgers cards. That would be fun to compete with different era cards and see how they stack up against today's teams.
However, I did run into a problem with new "anti-tanking prevention" where I tried to sell most of my cards and it complained I didn't have enough high level cards to compete. I wish I could just reset and go back to the entry/rookie league.
This was the error that I had got. I had to cancel some of my auctions to remove this.
