I think Shortlists are a great feature. Unfortunately, I don't take advantage of them as I should. I have one remaining active shortlist that I named "My Prospects" and it's as simple as the title sounds. After every draft, I add my first few picks to that list and then anyone else who looks like they're going to be someone I consider worth watching after a season of GCL and/or NYPL. The main reason I do it is that OOTP then changes those player's names to all capital letters which makes them easier to identify at a quick glance...especially if I trade any of them. It's good to see who I was right or wrong about.
