I found that there is a world.dat file, alongside other .dat files, in the quickstart. And it is getting copied over to the game folders -- I've tried twice, and it is getting copied over. So not sure what else could be going wrong here, or if the ERROR message is misleading in some way and the issue isn't a missing world.dat after all?

It's possible that the world.dat is corrupt, so you might want to delete everything and redownload and try again in case it did get corrupted at some point.
