New to OOTP21 (I just recently got upgraded from 19). I thought I read somewhere in the game rules you could make a trade and then have a delay before the player reported to the team. Seems more realistic than having the new guy immediately "teleport over".

Is this actually in the game or just a three-beers hallucination?
