Filters and views are saved in the data/tables folder. In the settings menu, troubleshooting tab, there's a button to open the location of the data folder.
You can copy the old ones over to the new game. Do note that it's not 100% guaranteed that they will work in the new version. Between versions, some data items may have changed. The general format is mostly the same, but you may notice some differences in what columns show.
