I have not tried starting a new game for a while and when I came to try and start a new game today OOTP 21 just gave me a blue box with nothing happening and I have to kill the game via task manager as I cannot exit or anything else. This happens on the starting of a custom game or on the start of a new historic game.

Games I currently have saved are running as expected and can be started as per normal.

I also tried downloading the latest patch and re-installing and it did not change anything.

I have taken a trace of what OOTP was doing but I am not sure that it has logged anything
