OOTP 22-26 stadium advertising can be edited to a limited degree. The two files that I was able to modify were Stand_day.webp and Stand_night.webp. You need a graphics program that can open and save WEBP images. Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro are commercial options. GIMP, Paint.Net, Irfanview and Image Magick are free alternatives. Older versions may not support WEBP. You may also need a plugin to add support for some programs. Since I use PSP this will be a general mini tutorial. It will apply to any graphic program. Search on the internet to download the free programs or how to use the specific tools or ask the helpful forum members for assistance.
Note: stadium names may change from OOTP versions. So you may have to copy files from this post to the folder with the correct name for your OOTP version.
FYI, OOTP25-26 has made some graphic changes that effect this mod. WEBP files no longer work unless you follow the information provided by MikeS369. Previous versions are not effected.

Whenever you patch the game the default stadiums will have these edited files updated. Therefore you need to copy your edited files back to the original folders. For example if you make edits to the Pittsburgh Pirates PNC Park the files are in Z:\.....\OOTP Baseball 22\data\ballparks\models\pnc_park. Due to different installation paths you need to find your exact folder. Each MLB and KBO stadium has their own folder. My suggestion is to make a backup folder with the files you want to copy back after every patch. Keep the exact folder structure as OOTP 22 was installed. A simple copy and paste is needed to restore your changes.
1) create a 'Backup Data' folder in your Z:\.....\OOTP Baseball 22 folder
2) inside 'Backup Data' create a 'data' folder
3) inside 'data' create a 'ballparks' folder
4) inside 'ballparks' create a 'models' folder
5) inside 'models' create your team(s) stadium folder(s)
ex) for Pittsburgh create 'pnc_park'
for St' Louis create 'busch_stadium'
The WEBP files you edit will be saved to the stadium specific folder.
6) after a patch copy the Z:\.....\OOTP Baseball 22\Backup Data\data folder. Paste to the Z:\.....\OOTP Baseball 22 folder overwriting the data.
Editing Section
Make backups of the original files just in case.
Since the day and night files are basically the same you can use the same edits for both unless you want them to differ.
1) open the Stand_day.webp file.
2) re-size the image from 1024x1024 to 2048x2048. This will make it easier to use images from the internet. 4096x4096 may also work but I did not test this. Of course larger image use more hard drive space. Your choice.
3) search for reference photos of your stadium. For a realistic current stadium find recent photos. Otherwise use any logos you want.
4) search for the logo you want. Ex) State Farm or Coca Cola (coke)
5) View the potential locations for your edits using the in-game 3D stadium editor. Each stadium may be different. I have found rectangles for wall advertising and scoreboard advertising
6) copy the Coke logo to the location where you want it. Re-size as needed. Fill in any part of the original background as needed. Basically paint over the old section. I use layer groups to organize and simplify moving sections. Your graphics program may not support groups. You can fill in the blank sections or paint over any other logo or text.
7) save a copy of your new file to the stadium folder as Stand_day.webp.
8) Use the in-game 3D stadium editor to view your changes. Remember to change to the day or night view (on the bottom).
9) save your file in the native format (PSD, PSP, etc) so you retain the layers and can make edits if necessary.
10) open the Stand_night.webp file.
11) copy this night base layer.
12) paste on top of the day base layer. The night image should be under the edits you recently made. The night image has some darker shading, mainly any luxury box windows. The stadiums I viewed did not have shading on the advertisements.
13) save a copy of your new file to the stadium folder as Stand_night.webp.
14) save this in your native format again. In the future you can easily turn the night or day base layer on when creating a new WEBP file if you make changes.
15) the attached picture shows locations I edited and unused locations.
4/1/2023 I had the time to consolidate all of the stadium advertising I originally made. These files were made in 2021 so the advertisements are fairly current. I did not include any players on the scoreboards so they can be used for multiple seasons. If you are looking for current players to be on the scoreboards look at the files from paulloukes. No work from other modders is included. Single team files will need to be searched in this post.
